Colab Board

Collaboration Board
The Collaboration Board brings together representatives of the institutes involved in the Feasibility Study, which are currently mainly focusing on R&D and design study activities. They represent the worldwide FCC community and form the core of the Feasibility Study, providing human and other resources for the execution of the Study.

Steering Committee
Under the strategic guidance of the Council, the Steering Committee provides organisational and technical supervision for the execution of the Feasibility Study.

Coordination Group
The Coordination Group is in charge of the implementation of the work packages. It is chaired by the Study Leader and includes the work package coordinators, who are proposed by the Study Leader from among the international community of experts and are appointed by the Steering Committee.

Host

Scientific Advisory Committee
The Scientific Advisory Committee closely follows and reviews the implementation of the Feasibility Study, giving scientific and technical advice to the Steering Committee and the Coordination Group and providing them with guidance to facilitate major technical decisions.

The relationships between the different bodies and the established workflows are defined in the document on the governance structure of the FCC study which can be consulted: HERE.
